The school adminstration is money oriented and has no care for the children. There is constant increase in the payment. In addition you will have to pay for weeks the child did not attend class even though the cancelation was intiated by the school. There is no clear communication between adminstration and the teacher. Their values and morals don't align with Christian principles. Stay away!!!

As a parent , I would say I have had good experience with the teachers and the administrator of the school. They have listening ears and ensure your kids are taught well with good characters, manners and respect . The kids are very warm and friendly and the teachers are approachable.

As a former staff I would recommend this school to anyone. I was a senior staff teacher for about 4 years. The staff at Windsor Christian Academy are very compassionate and each is hired only after going through a qualifying process by M.S.D.E. The administrative staff are very professional and the Director is a Pastor. The fact that the Director is a Pastor adds credence to the Christian nature of the school. There are weekly fellowships attended by all staff and students at the school. The curriculum in use supports active learning and differentiated instruction.

I've worked in child care for many years. I am also a parent. Though my children are no longer in the day care age range. I would not work in a center where I would not want my children to be. With that said, I have been at Windsor for over 4 years. I can tell you that mistakes can happen. But they are not frequent and we make every effort to correct them. We do not tolorate any actions, or lack of them, that may place a child in harm's way. From reading these reveiws I can tell these are not our averge parents. We do not put spoons into a dirty bag. Items get misplaced but we always make an effort to find them. Our school is very clean. We did very well on our last inspection. My co-teachers are awesome and very creative. Our children are kept safe and are taught how to be kind.We show them the love of Chirst everyday! Our children out perform most public school students and are placed in advanced classes for K 5. As for the shouting. We have an intercom phone system in every room. When we call each other it is very hard to hear. So sometime we have to shout for the other teachers to hear. We are directed to clock out when all of the children are gone. So it's very possible that the assistant didn't know the teacher was talking to a parent. As for rudeness we try to be nice but some parents are very rude to us. They treat us like their personal servant. Overall I would say bring your children to see me and I will make sure they are well taken care of. Also the assistant works early and leaves most days by 3 pm. So she is not around to yell at people to clock out.

This school has the worst leadership and teachers. The director's assistant is very rude. She is rude to parents and teachers. She yells at teachers to clock out even when they are talking to parents. All the school cares about is money. It is sad that they would call themselves a Christian school when they do not even act like Christians. They are very unhygienic. They place the kids spoons all in one dirty bag. They would loose bottle covers, spoons, etc.Do not introduce your children to this unhealthy environment.

Very horrible experience with the school's leadership and care received. You are better off taking your kid elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I was hoping for a more engaging, stimulating environment for my child; unfortunately I did not receive this at Windsor Christian Academy. I did extensive research on this school, toured multiple times, spoke to parents about the academy and still I wasn't prepared for the less than mediocre services that were provided. This school didn't come close to meeting my standards and I am really upset that I introduced my child to this school and environment.
