My son was bullied, traumatized and physically abused at this school, and several teachers knew about everything he was put through and just turned a blind eye, and at one point even purposefully brushed an attack on my son under the rug and wasn't even going to call me and tell me. My son was verbally abused and threatened on a regular basis and at one point I finally had to call the police and file a report and remove my son from the school.Teachers are lazy, complacent, and just plain BAD at their jobs. Do not send your child to this school.

I like the school, its focus on the arts in education and in the community.

This principal is so crazy, she even runs her teachers out of the building. She is mean to even volunteers and parents. O can't wait for my child to be out of there.

Ms. Fagan is a proactive negaged principal. However the quality of education really depends on the teacher that will be teaching your child. This school has good and bad teachers. Do your research before considering this school. Furthermore, for the upper grades, (after 2nd grade), I would NOT send my child here as the children attending the school tend to come from disadvantaged homes (and hence bring some of these problems into the school setting).

I am happy to see how hard the P.T.O. is working to help make Highlandtown #215 a better place. Also I am veary happy with the job that Mrs.Fagan has done. Good Job everyone
