    My son is high function autisic. Since moving to parkway west he has been shown immense support. I'm grateful for the resources this school has to offer.

    Two of our children graduated from West High. One was very motivated and excelled and the other had many learning challenges. Both were treated with respect and had teachers that were well loved by the students. Their AP courses are great for the gifted students but I'd also like to mention that the option the school district offers to challenged students was a godsend. The program allows for students to attend a class to prep for the GED but when a student achieves the GED, they are still awarded the high school diploma. That diploma aided my child to become a successful person in life.
