    We moved from out of state, where my child previously had a detailed IEP. The school claimed they never received the files from the previous school. I provided copies of all records and again they claim to not be able to find them. The IEP written for my child was lacking all of the services needed for academic success for a SPED child. Despite many meetings, phone calls and emails I was always told "this is the best they could do"
