If you are planning to enroll your child in this school, I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Although there were some very memorable teachers that have so much passion for teaching, the fact that this is a small town school comes with heavy favoritism from the faculty and staff with family relations to the students. There were multiple times where certain teachers and administrative staff would turn their heads away from the students they personally knew and were causing trouble but punish the ones who would stick up for themselves, even if it were verbally. During my time as a student, it felt as if the "Zero Tolerance Policy" only applied to those who weren't related to any well-known staff members.I could share multiple personal experiences about my time there but I want to keep this review civil and generalized as I now feel comfortable enough with myself to express my concerns with this school's administration.

The school recently got redone and looks great!

My school is little run down. We could use some better quality classrooms. The biggest problem, however, is the fact that Ardmore has absolutely no security; no way to keep students safe in the event of a crisis. Anyone could walk into any part of the school, whenever and wherever they chose. Many, many doors and back entrances are left unlocked. The teaching, from what if I've seen, okay. Not particularly special; not entirely awful.
