I cannot say enough good things about this center! When someone first told me about it 4 years ago, they said it was like an extended family. Now, almost four years later, I can say this is so true! I have had three kids enrolled over the past few years and my oldest stayed to join in the kindergarten program. He has thrived in that program and was reading just a few months into the school year! They have a great curriculum and structure in the classroom. We have had a kid enrolled in every one of the classrooms at this point and all of my kids love it and each of the teachers in the classrooms from the infant room to the kindergarten room are amazing! We have been so happy with the care. It is their home away from home!

We love MPCDC. Both our kids attended from toddler-Kindergarten, and we have been delighted at the results. As a result of their school year experiences, field trips, and summer camp experiences, our kids are kind, curious, thoughtful, empathetic, and eager to learn. The staff and leaders are committed to the success of our kids, and we'd highly recommend Mt. Providence. If you are visiting, the entrance to MPCDC is around the BACK of the convent--you pretty much need to know where to look to find it. The grounds are awesome, perched peacefully high on a hill overlooking Patapsco Valley SP, Elkridge, and Hanover.

Mt. Providence is a great childcare /school. They accept children from infant kindergarten. Good curriculum and peaceful environment. Staffs are excellent, sincere, and professional. They inform you everything you want to know about your child(ren). Less closing days if compare with other catholic schools. They provide breakfast, lunch, and snack. Field trips are nice. Great for working parents as their hours are 7:00 AM 6:00 PM. It should be the best if they could reduce the television time. However, I would recommend Mr. Providence CDC.

Mt. Providence has a good learning curriculum. Teachers are great. However, if you're looking for a dependable place in terms of schedule, I would advise looking elsewhere. They are closed several weeks out of the year, many holidays, and they follow baltimore school systems. In short, you have to have and use a back up alot, which can get expensive. There are better places available.

Great school in the area. Opening loving arms from staff! I can recommend this daycare/school. Just that they follow a lot of religion days for closings so make sure you and your job are ok with this.
