I had my son in Hamilton for a few years. He has a hard time learning and staying focused. I transferred him to Anza Valley Christian School and he has been doing soooooo much better. Hamilton just sat back and watched him fail every year and never offered any suggestions on how we can catch him up and help him out. This school has been such a blessing to my son and us as a family. If i could change one thing about this school is to let parents know when her is starting to fall behind in his pace work. Not when its to late to make honor roll. I see my son work so hard and have late nights to achieve his goals yet i dont think he gets recognized enough for his efforts which makes him hate school and feel like a failure. Which he is far from. I do however love the growth i have seen in my sons relationship with God by going to this school.

Our kids have attended AVCS and have grown in the nurturing and loving environment, after having had a bad experience in the public school system. The individually paced curriculum allows them to excel in the areas of their strengths and to build a solid foundation in areas they would be struggling in otherwise. The staff are caring and understanding, creating a family like environment, free from the drama and distractions of the public schools. I would highly recommend anyone in the area with children or grandchildren to look into this school to help give your loved ones the best possible start!

My children have attended AVCS for 3 years now and are thriving, where they were not in the public school. With the current curriculum, they are learning and retaining, and able to work at a pace where they do not feel that they are being condemned because they understand a topic faster than another student, or on the other side, they can take their time to really learn the topic and understand it. The teachers are absolutely fantastic, loving, patient and encouraging. They take the time to help each of the students and show a tremendous amount of love for the school, the students, and the families. I love that the school encourages the community to get involved and the students to get involved with the community. They are encouraged to explore artistic interests such as photography, sewing, woodworking, cooking, to name a few. The students that are over the age of 18 go to the regional conference to participate with other students in competitions ranging from singing, ventriloquism, sports, crafts, academic accomplishments, and public speaking. Overall, a great school and extremely pleased.
