Our son has been in this school for 3 years now and has a good school experience! It's a small school, with caring teachers and administrative staff, and generally well behaved kids.

Ok school if your child has zero disabilities and you are comfortable with staff ignoring student needs. The staff will not communicate important information regarding your childs education and safety. Joe K. Bryant is ranked well below north Texas schools for a reason and the current Superintendent open this school several years ago! My family of six is having to sell our home after 5 years and move to district that cares about education! Do your research and you will see why they have low state rankings. Beware of Anna ISD and especially Joe K Bryant Elementary!

Joe K Bryant is a wonderful school as long as your child does not have learning disabilities. Anna is a small school district and over spent on the high school, as a result they do not spend the money they should on their special ed. department. The children are shuffled around from classroom to classroom all day long. Instead of having one teacher, in one room, or one teacher come to them, just to cut costs. All of the teachers we have met work very hard and go over and beyond for the children. It is the administration that is lacking. The policies constantly change, the principals are on some type of rotating cycle or they can't keep them because the polices are so outrageous. I would recommend this school if your child is above average and is a self motivator. If this is not true of your child stay far away from this school!
