    My son went to this school after having behavioral issues and was supposed to get help from specialists and be sent back to Highland after 9 weeks or a semester, depending on his behavior. They had no specialists!! They were hiring for 2 specialists the whole time my son was here. He continued to get into trouble because he started sticking up for himself when being bullied. His grades were good but heheh environment was not. They kicked him off the bus for a whole semester for fighting with a girl (who started it) and supposedly cursing out the bus driver (which he said was directed at the girl who never got into trouble) They wouldn’t allow me to see the recording from the bus because of student privacy so I wanted the audio. Nope. After they said they didn’t have it, they allowed him one more chance on the bus. Smh. Also, the way the teachers would talk down to my son was absurd! Especially the ISS teacher and the learning coach! Telling children their parents don’t love them and don’t have school if they’re getting good grades etc. I was amazed how the principal agreed with me that they need a lot more improvements at this school. This place made my child’s self esteem worse!! Forget all Anderson Schools!!
