The teachers are all hyped up but in reality they are quite rude. Do not go to this school and parents don't send your kid to this school unless you want them to be miserable. The food is awful don't think it meets guidelines. And they barely care about students.

I have two children who attend Inez and we are all extremely pleased with the education and environment of the school. Ms. Casey the Principal is excellent. You know that she truly cares about each and every student. She goes out of her way to make sure everyone is safe. I have even seen her walking through the surrounding neighborhoods making sure kids cross streets safely. The school has a wonderful program where neighborhood volunteers (cleared by APS) watching out and helping kids walking to school. So far every teacher has been very good. We've had some new teachers and the only complaint I have is that they might be a little too enthusiastic. I highly recommend Inez, it's a great school for academics and for community. The motto is "Be the Good" and they truly practice and teach that.

I see some of the bad reviews are from the prior principal... Ms. Casey took over I think in 2018 or 2019, and since then, the school has seen incredible leadership. I actually enrolled one of my kids in a different school at one point because it was more convenient to my work, but moved her back to Inez after a short time because we missed the environment at Inez. I have two kids there, one in Kinder and one in 3rd. All of the teachers I have met are excellent, care immensely about the students, are open and communicative, and genuinely want to see the kids succeed, more than just academically. Each teacher provides as much individualized instruction as they can, and the school also provides special services for those who need it. It has has a community school model - there's frequent events for families to come get supplies and food that they might need. The school also provides fun and educational enrichment events for the students. We couldn't be happier here.

My kids are very happy at Inez. There is a very warm and caring feeling to the school.
