My family has been going to this school for 4 years with my three children and it’s been a wonderful home for us to learn and feel safe at. The staff and other families are a wonderful community for my children to thrive. I highly recommend this school.

Christ Lutheran has been an outstanding school for our son. We found it during COVID, in a desperate search for a school that would provide the environment my son needed, and we were so fortunate to be referred to this school! We've now spent 4 years, and will continue to stay - my son has asked to because he is happy, connected, feels safe, and likes the structure. Teachers and staff are intentional with education every step of the way, topics are well-rounded, and there is a lot of communication to parents about what children are learning amd doing. We've also really appreciated the availability of clubs and extracurrcicular, and there are also special events through PTA and partnerships with other schools. Another big aid to us has been before/after school care and summer programs.

CLS has truly been impactful to my child and our family. The entire school and staff have been such a impact in our lives in such little time! I really like the lower teacher to student ratio.

Christ Lutheran School has been truly impactful to our kids and our family. The school holds high educational standards and really cares about each student. The school has much lower teacher to student ratios than public school and it shows based on how quickly my kids are learning things. Last, but certainly not least, the school is a Confessional Lutheran school that holds to conservative values and integrates christian education in all aspects of the school day. While my family is Lutheran, most kids at the school are not and some don't attend church. CLS has made available a quality education where parents can be assured that their children are being sheltered from the craziness of the world/public schools.

Christ Lutheran School is one of the best schools in Albuquerque NM. My son attended another school before CLS but he didn't want to go in the morning or even to wake him up in the morning it was hard. Since he started attending CLS he changed , now he sometimes gets ready for school in the weekends . I experienced high dedication teachers and staff give to the students. My son can read and write perfect and he's one of the pre-school students, all credits goes to CLS teachers.

Christ Lutheran School has been a great school for our son! He went in elementary, went to a charter school for 2 years then returned during covid and I was so grateful because it was so much better for than the charter school he went to. The teachers and staff have been great! Definitely recommend! Plus, they offer financial aid assistance which definitely helped!

We are very pleased to have our children at CLS. They are progressing academically and emotionally at a higher level than their same-aged peers. Staff are compassionate and committed to education, with a faith based approach.

The entire faculty and staff are fully committed to each child receiving the individualized attention necessary for success and to providing a solid foundation in moral values and character development. We love having our kids in one school learning what they need to know but also being taught through a Christian worldview and growing in their faith. It has made a big difference to have our kids be together and learn to love Jesus. Here they teach beyond academics; they are loved and learn values beyond the textbook.

Two of my sons attended Christ Lutheran and have had an incredibly positive experience. The teachers and staff are dedicated to the students success and they go out of their way to make sure they are doing everything they can to help their students. It truly is like a family. The support, companion and guidance they gave my boys was amazing. There is no bullying or other issues that come up so frequently in public schools. Christ Lutheran has had a very positive impact on my entire family and I'm so grateful for everything that have done.

Great School located in the NE Heights, right across Pennsylvania Ave. from Sandia High School. I have experienced a staff that goes above and beyond to make sure our children are learning. I am thrilled that our children (new to the school this year) are welcomed not only by the staff, but also by the students. The atmosphere is upbeat and positive, and I love the use of iPads in the classrooms. Wish I'd had them when I was in 6th grade! Christ Lutheran also uses an online system allowing parents to check on assignments and grades -- glad this wasn't around when I was in 6th grade. My kids love the change, and so do I.

Christ Lutheran School is an amazing school! My children absolutely love it there, the teachers are amazing and extremely helpful. There is a low teacher student ratio. They offer sports, band, choir, and various other extra curricular activities. I believe my kids are getting the best education at Christ Lutheran. Christ Lutheran is reasonably priced. If you are interested in placing your child here, you can do tours as well as the child visit the class for a day and meet the students , teachers and get a feel for the atmosphere. I love this school !!!

My son currently attends Christ Lutheran, and he absolutely loves it! He is doing well academically, and is involved in many of the extra-curricular activities offered by the school. He loves his teachers, and is excited to go to class. I believe he will be well prepared for High School. I am not one of those parents who expects every school and teacher to be perfect. There is no perfect school (or teacher). I do, however, expect teachers and schools to be good listeners, and responsive to my concerns (even if they do not agree with me). I have found the teachers and staff at Christ Lutheran to be very responsive. I appreciate their willingness to listen, and to work with me to meet my son's needs. Please understand, my son is no "angel," and knows the Principal pretty well, but he has always receive appropriate discipline. If I were a family looking for a great education at a bargain price, I would check out this "hidden jewel" in the Northeast Heights. This school has become "family" for my child, and for others as well. I am so thankful this school was recommended to us by some friends.

I have sent all three of my children to this school! My oldest two have graduated and gone on to public high school. They were well prepared in all subject areas for High School, and are currently performing in the top 5% of their respective classes. I find the teachers and staff at Christ Lutheran to be caring, talented and dedicated. I heartily recommend this school to all of my friends.

I have to say I have been disappointed thus far. The teacher we have shows no emotion and seems to only be concerned with doing the minimum required. I have been struggling with the lack of control in the classroom. I really hope it turns around.

I can't say enough about this school. I sent my oldest daughter there for PreK, K, and 1st, then my son was there for PreK and K. I loved it because I know that the teachers are trully there for the kids and they loved it because it's one of those schools that still have a long enough recess with fun educational games fit into the class. I owe my children's love of school and learning to Christ Lutheran and that is something I will never forget. The other reviewer was absolutely right that the teachers don't rush out the door and are always available. It's the best money that you could ever spend on your child. (We had to move due to a job transfer.)
