9. Or a bohemian living in an artist commune down in SOMA…
10. Or someone with a remotely affordable rent all the way out in the Excelsior.
11. Important sidebar: San Francisco is really, really expensive.
12. Like, it’s causing a lot of big ol’ problems…
13. And you’ll fall into one of two camps. Either you’ll throw yourself in front of Google buses…
14. Or you’ll be too busy making all that tech money to care.
15. Even if you're rich, you'll always be paying off parking tickets.
16. (Especially during baseball season.)
17. You might be tempted to give up and move to Oakland.
18. But when the Benjamins start rolling in, look up a house or two…
19. Because once you’re here, you’ll never want to leave.
