Who wants to live in Troy? This is in an awesome subdivision in an awesome location at the end of a cul-de-sac with a huge, private backyard that is fenced and a super quiet area! There is an in-ground pool that has a liner, it has not been used in 5 years. The heater is broken, not sure about the pump. The floorplan is amazing.
