High ceilings throughout. Storage lofts above both 3rd floor bedrooms. Easy access to Salt Lick Trails, Mesa Cortina Trails, all ski areas, Silverthorne and Dillon super close. Summit Stage stop across street. Nice small community of owners. Only one other full-time residents. Most other units used only occasionally by owners.
