    This is the very first U.S. school I have encountered that has no English tutoring service. Instead of teaching English patiently, they just transferred my kid out of this school so they don't need to "teach" English.

    Their curriculum is a joke. My son has been doing the exact same math problems (single digit addition and subtraction) for three years. No science, no science fairs, no honors classes. Kids with special needs are treated very poorly unless protected by an IEP in which case they are shipped out to another school. Kids who are gifted are left to die of boredom and then punished when the idiotic lesson they've heard ten thousand times fails to keep their interest. This school is naught more than a substandard daycare at best.
