My daughter has been attending this school for going on 1 year now. Everything is a big improvement. Grades, lunches, people's attitude towards her, being allowed to talk about God, and restrooms are properly maintained. Unlike Red Lion Schools!

I have been involved with Logos Academy for years as a volunteer and cannot say enough about the encouraging environment and care for the students. Though no school is perfect, this one does its best to do what it says it will do, provide an excellent education along with mentoring relationships that guide students to become successful in all areas of life. The curriculum is not easy, but if you are paying for a private education, I would expect that you want your child to be stretched to achieve to their potential. I know that's what I want for my kids. If you live in or around York, I would certainly consider this a viable and competitive choice.

As a high-school student, this school practically sucks the life out of you depending on what kind of person you are. It just feels like the curriculum bombards you with assignments left and right that don't seem to have much purpose, not to mention numerous teachers have for some reason been coming and leaving the past couple years, along with their science and math courses being unfortunately quite awful in my experience throughout all of high-school. Other than that, the environment is quite nice, the teachers for the most part are a solid thumbs up, the lunches are great, and the other students are quite good people. Overall, I probably had one of the worst experiences out of all the other students, for reasons that are the fault of the school, and for others, somewhat unrelated to them. Also, I've decided to leave a few details out of the review to remain more anonymous, but overall, if I could go back in time to decide if I'd come to this school, it'd be a fat no.

Logos Academy is a place where I've always felt welcomed and loved. Great teachers that care in such ways that show they want to see the students strive and succeed. The environment of Logos Academy is one where students can learn to love learning, feel loved, cared for, and safe.

Caring teachers, high-quality academics, safe atmosphere, and very affordable for my family. We appreciate the Christ-centered, classical philosophy of education and teachers who are focused on making sure our kids know the right things but also their reinforcement on helping us make sure they become good people.

If you are thinking about putting your children in Logos I would advise against it. If your child is out because your child is sick or ill and needs work sent to them. They do not send work to no outside source. They will not pay any outside source to teach your child even though you were spending all your money for your child to be at Logos. And the private donations that come in to also help with any other money needs for your child. So basically that's like slapping the people that donate their money to help your child get a better education in the face. And the money that you paid as well. So when your child is able to return to school they have a stack of work that they need to get done in less time and which will be impossible for them to catch up. So the longer your child is out sick the more possibility of them having to repeat the same grade because they will not give you the work that they need to get done because they will refuse to pay the money to pay the other teacher to teach your child while your child is in the hospital. So they can get more money out of you is wonderful to them. They will also lie and say they haven't heard from you which you call repeatedly.
