If you value your child's education, do not send them here. Starting with the previous administration, there became the pattern of a high turnover rate of teachers at this school which is concerning. Student behavioral problems have increased over the years without effective mitigation procedures and tactics. One can only deduce that the lack of support from the administration coupled with the growing need to control student behavior over teaching has led to teachers leaving this school at an alarming rate. The school has potential to be great, but needs a complete overhaul for the students who attend there.

The teachers are not teaching.. they are spending more time trying to control behavioral problems since the principals won’t help them. This is not a place I would send my dog so please don’t send your child there.

Well, I am very happy and satisfied with the teachers, the way they teach and the clerk staff in attending the parents and visitors. I always had a good view because I was attended well. They report about my child behavior.

Disappointing leadership and academics at this school. This is a school that has coasted on a past reputation and is falling behind. With 2 children here it is just one disappointment after another with this school. Unfortunate that this school has no idea they are hurting a great generation of children. Time to look for other options, this administration is ok with mediocre and they have no plan to keep up with the times. If I could go back I would not have sent my kids here.

From outside the school walls everything look great but once you inside,it is not all cracked up to be! The VP at Dogwood is out of pocket and really needs to go back to professional training, along with some of the staff members and teachers. It does not cost nothing to open your mouth & SPEAK!! The school is crowded with outside children that does not even live in the area so instead of smaller class sizes you have up to 21-24 children which is way to much. Some of the staff members were supportive but many of them seem less interested in what is going on with the student. If they tackle the small issues maybe they can grow more as a unit & not be divided.
