As a parent of 6 children, some are adults now while the two youngest are grade school age, this school seems ill prepared to deal with children who are not ideal students and COVID. Weekly I get multiple updates that my children have been exposed to positive COVID cases yet mask are not mandatory. In addition to this I get weekly calls and request to pick my children up as they are not feeling well, mind you there is no fever or signs they are actually sick. The children have learned if they say my head hurts or my throat hurts they are being sent home. You know like kids do when they want out of school!! They administration can not deal with anything in a normal fashion, they will kick you kids off the bus for standing up for themselves when being bullied by older kids on the bus without proper investigation first. If kids bing kids say something to another kid that's sensitive your kid may have behavioral issues and they will need to talk with you about you child mental health. Long story short unless you have hours everyday to fight to keep them in school or to argue with the staff then AVOID this place. We are removing our kids ASAP.

Excellent. The staff is dedicated...very dedicated. They work long hours to ensure student success. The leadership is committed to positive change. Mr. O is a consistent, unwavering, positive force in this district.

Great ratios, caring staff, new school being built. Wonderful small town school that is under rated.

I did not like this school. The staff is fair but education is poor. I do not future generations to suffer as I had for 5 years.

The teachers and staff at FRES are a dedicated and caring group of people. They work hard with limited resources and they expect only the best out of their students. I work as a consultant in this school district and I find it to be a wonderful school. I would put my children in this school if I lived in this district and not in the Hollis school district.
