    I had high hopes for consolidation. They have been dashed. There are some really great teachers, but the administration is more worried about "Team Building" and guidance than academics. They are very happy with everyone reaching the grade standards, but have no interest in pushing kids to go beyond the median goal. As a result, many kids are bored. The environment is not very structured, and as a result there is a general lack of respect and discipline. Communication with parents is spotty at best.

    My children both attend the school and we are delighted with the level of instruction, caring personal attention provided to each child. The environment is clean & well maintained. Plus the school district just voted to consolidate and invest over $9 million in school renovations. A lot of great things happening at this school.

    This school has wonderful teachers compassionate and rigorous. The parents are involved and supportive. Students are friendly, polite and hardworking.

    This school is not very supportive of student teachers, and others that that would like to volunteer for the school. They say that they are, but they slowly push everyone out.
