My child loved their first few years, but this year has been a nightmare. The bullying is out of control and ignored until you nag them to death to do something. I will be transferring my child to a new school for next year

Harlan is doing great things this year. It is under new leadership (new principal), school pride is high, and students are engaged and ready to learn. All the Harlan teachers I have met truly care about their students. The atmosphere is really positive!

My child attended Harlan ES for one Yr. The school itself is very nice and my child was fortunate to have a great teacher. But the experience was far from good. My child was being bullied and the environment was very unhealthy. Very poor communication by the administration dept. This school requires much improvements in all areas.
