This school is NOT a place where kids can learn. I have had 4 children go through this system and with every child it has gotten worse. My youngest who is in 7th grade isn't learning anything as the teachers have no control over their classrooms. The kids are out of control. There are fights on a daily basis, all over the school. My son has gotten jumped , punched, kicked etc in the middle if class with teachers present. The kids rule the school. Not a learning environment.

The school is not supportive with children with disabilities. Beside inadequate physical handicap ramps, parking and programs they also frown upon IEPs.

The principle at this school gives preferential treatment to students who come from the Nolan Village part of the district. If I had a child in this district I would be campaigning for her firing. I would also be threating the school district with lawsuits for racial discrimination. Washington County public schools have a zero tolerance policy for bullying. However, the principle is not enforcing that policy when it comes the kids from Nolan Village.
