The faculty strive to demolish individuality and seem more concerned with the color of one's socks than preparing youngsters for real life. There is zero tolerance for free thought or development instead the overly critical staff shows zero tolerance for diversity and any inkling of creativity is squashed immediately and treated as a severe infraction. In fact, the education system at Central is archaic at best and at worst actually demotivates the students and robs them of valuable educational development that will be truly beneficial in college and life beyond institutionalized education. You'd be better off to send your child to a state prison than to put them in the hands of this fascist organization! They say they teach moral excellence, but I've found it to be more like Stalinistic obedience!
- Submitted by parent on January 02, 2011An excellent Catholic high school that strives and challenges students to be the BEST possible, morally centered person they can be. Exceptional principal, emphasis on community service and awareness, strong teaching staff that truly cares about the students, numerous AP courses offered, diverse atheletic programs (over 20 state championships in the past 10 years.) (when my daughter graduated she had enoug AP courses to enter college as a sophmore.)
