    this is one of the better schools my son has attended. he attended almost all of 7th grade here. neither of us really saw any bullying. he was treated fairly by kids and staff. they had a good handle on his IEP needs too. my son says he misses this school

    My daughter briefly attended for her 8th grade year. Although she made a nice group of friends, others were very unkind. That being said, and knowing kids will be kids, it reflects little upon the amazing experience she had with the subjects, teachers and administration. She raved about how she didn't know she loved science so much, she didn't think she could understand math as well as she did, and she found herself to be a leader in theater. She traveled a lot, so missed school, staff and teachers went over and above to assist her fluid learning. She went through personal issues to which the vice principal/counselor were highly attentive, understanding and helpful. They adjusted her schedule to be accommodating to a new student. They awarded her with a special acknowledgement one month. I mean, for as brief of a time she was here, it was incredible outreach and education. Wenatchee kids are blessed to have such committed persons operating their school!
