This is a high performing public school and great if you have a high achieving child. If you have a student who needs ESE support then I would personally look else where at other schools in PBC

I recommend Elbridge Gale to any parent. As an engaged and dedicated parent, I have had the privilege of closely observing my children's educational journey and seen their incredible growth while at Elbridge Gale. As a parent of an ESE student I was extremely impressed with the differentiated and quality education my daughter received. Throughout the last six years, I have been consistently impressed by the commitment to excellence from the administration and the teachers. One of Elbridge Gale's most remarkable strengths is the strong sense of community that the school has developed. The PTO offers events throughout the year to engage not just the child but the whole family as well. Their teachers are exceptional at communicating, whether it be by phone, email or Remind they are always fast to respond. Elbridge Gale is an exceptional school!

Thank you to Mrs. Pasterczyk for such an incredibly inclusive school for students with disabilities! My daughter with an intellectual disability started at EGES after moving from another local school after a terrible experience there. I was nervous about the experience she would receive moving to another school. She had a supportive and inclusive general education teacher, Ms. Galgano who provided her with all the supports she needed to be successful socially and academically. Her ESE teacher Ms.(Krill) Fisher worked on all her IEP goals to help my daughter continue to grow academically. Ms. Fisher always collaborated with Ms. Galgano in her classroom and because of that my daughter never went a day without receiving the things she needed to be successful. She made so much tangible progress! They had created such an environment for success that created a beautiful foundation of skills for my daughter. This continued on each year with wonderful teachers throughout the rest of elementary school at EGES. She was valued as a unique individual, applauded and celebrated for her contributions to her class and school family. She had the same opportunities as all other typically developing peers including after school clubs, safety patrol, and field trips. Her final year at EGES was last year in 5th grade and she had another team of teachers who believed in her, held high expectations and continued to nurture her love for learning. Thank you Ms. Noegel, Mr. B and Ms. Gavillan for helping her best the best prepared student for middle school. Thank you to EGES and Mrs. Pasterczyk for all you do for ALL students!!

If I could give this school zero stars I would. Mrs. Gail is so unprofessional and so are many of the teachers. I was told by my daughters teacher to hat she’s not getting paid to listen to my concerns. The principal is very injustice and and does not do her due diligence into looking into why my daughter is being treated unfairly. My daughter came home crying almost everyday last year because her teacher would intimidate her and make her feel dumb. I had parents reach out to me once they saw how this teacher was treating my child.

This school has been AMAZING FOR MY DAUGHTER. THANK YOU for making her learn to love reading and going to my school. She struggled in kindergarden with reading and phonics. Her first grade teacher Ms. Gete and second grade reading Ms. Power were outstanding. You can tell they go the extra mile to relate to their students and make learning fun. Even during COVID, things were well communicated and organized. I could not imagine her having any other teachers. Thank u all for what u do! Everyone on the staff who works hard.

My children absolutely love EGES! Their second grade and kindergarten teachers have been amazing thus far. Although I was hesitant with my child having a young teacher, I can tell you that all of my children’s teachers have been exceptional and were clearly hired for a reason. They love going to school and are proud of the work they bring home. The teacher have been nice and communicative... some teachers more than others. Overall, an absolutely fantastic experience and I can already see so much growth.

I have six children who have gone to four different elementary schools through the years. This was by far the worst elementary school experience. There was no recess time for kids until the state mandated it. Even then it was minimal. Their “Specials Classes “ are a joke. If you have a child who tests well your experience will be ok. If your child is average or has challenges, go elsewhere.

I must say Elbridge Gale Elementary is simply the best! My son has made such an improvement academically and socially, since he started there two years ago. The staff is amazing they really love to teach and it shows how much they truly care for the students. From the principle and teachers, down to the girls who work in the front office. As a parent it makes me feel good that my child is happy and eager to want to go to school and learn. I have to give a special thanks to Mrs. Gete, Ms. Whilhelm, and Ms. Pasterczyk. Your dedication is remarkable, and it's what makes Elbridge Gale the best!

Elbridge Gale has given me a home where I have grown from a student teacher to a teacher. I couldn't be happier to officially be a gator teacher!

Elbridge Gale Elementary is a wonderful school!! My family has been very fortunate to have this group of educators taking care of our children. I have multiple kids with different needs at this school. One of my children has an IEP and another one is advanced for her age. Both children are taken care of beautifully, with wonderful guidance and with their particular needs in mind.

We have two daughters. The elder attended K-5th and the education she received was top-notch each year. Terrific staff and group of teachers. Our youngest daughter has been receiving an excellent education as well.

We are new to Wellington, Florida... But the staff at the school has helped my child to settle down. The registration process also went very smoothly.. The teachers are very good.

The teachers are very nice that is true; however, they DO NOT offer the children enough after school help. They are attempting to hold my daughter back from 3rd grade when she has not failed a test all year and has excelled. Her reading level is a K and they want an L. All year NO notice was sent. Where is the communication?

Elbridge Gale stands above the rest. The teachers are very dedicated, caring, and communicate well with us. I have one child that is gifted and another that is ESE. At Elbridge they both succeed. We tried other public schools in Wellington that had more enrichment but the children didn't make the progress academically that they have made at Elbridge. I learned a valuable lesson, keep your kids where they are doing well. We eventually got a reassignment but I would love to spare others the heartache by making the right choice first.

Elbridge Gale is the best elementary school in Palm Beach County! I know this because I talk to MANY parents whose children attend other schools in the county, and EGES is stands above the rest. I have a child in third grade, and I also have children who graduated from Elbridge and are now in middle and high school. I cannot speak highly enough about the teachers and programs offered here! My older children were so well challenged and prepared for secondary school; I've often heard my eleven year old say that his classes at middle school are easy. For seven years now, Elbridge Gale has exceeded my expectations!

I have two children that attend EGES. We are so happy with their overall experiences. The teachers are top notch. There are plenty of opportunities for extra curricular activities. Along with numerous tutorial programs offered for free. I feel very fortunate to have my children in such a wonderful enviornment!!

I have two children attending this school. Let me first say the teachers are good. They are overworked and understaffed, but they do a good job except for one area, communication. They seem to not use email as we have been trying all year to get them to communicate with us via email. This is apparently a challenge at this school. As for the administration, it is lacking in a couple of key areas; first off the car line in the morning is a disaster, so unbelievably UN-organized. There is one adult supervising the car line. That is a disgrace. The patrols are standing around in little clicks chatting and not paying attention to the cars. Second the ESE department is poorly managed and not followed through on one bit. Third we have not seen or heard from the principal once this year. There seems to be a lack of direction and follow through at all levels we have encountered at this school. Improvements could include a better managed and better supervised car line in the morning. Communications from the teachers!!!! And most importantly, leadership from the principle.
