Three of my four children attended Tison during their middle school years, and I have worked on this campus for 15 years. It is a great place to be.

This is my first year teaching at Tison Middle School and at Weatherford ISD and I can honestly say that it has been an outstanding experience. I have first hand experience teaching at a school district where it was not. The teachers and the administration at Tison Middle School are fully committed to making the educational experience for each and every student top notch. The staff and students alike, are happy to be here and are extremely respectful. The support for academics and extra-curricular activities has been impressive. It is an extremely safe environment and the school district has taken every precaution to keep it that way. Weatherford itself is a lovely city and the more I get to know it, the more I love it. If my own children were still grade school age, I would not hesitate to enroll them here.

Tison Middle School has been overhauled this year by the administration. The community support, active engagement by the community, and supports for students has been incredible. The learning environment has improved dramatically. I would recommend this school to anyone!

I have been in education for over 25 years. This school admin is working hard to reward kids for doing what they are supposed to, challenging them to live up to expectations, and be successful. They encourage participation in a wide variety of activities. Great job, Tison MS.

This is my second year working at Tison and it has been such a wonderful experience. The administration is constantly coming up with new ways to encourage and support students and make learning a fun environment. Our families are involved through PTA, band, theatre and sports and are always willing to help out anytime we need. Growing and nurturing responsible young people is a priority at Tison. Go Roos!

Tison loves its students and community! I am continually impressed with how Tison is constantly working to make this school a better place. The staff here are purposefully connecting with its studenrs through clubs, sports, the arts, or even just by earntly saying hello and wanting to know how students are doing. We love Tison! Go Roos!

Tison is a wonderful place to be. I have been here for over 15 years, and I wouldn't want to be in another place. Tison is a family. We support each other whether it be academically, socially, athletically, or mentally. We are here to grow the future leaders and more importantly learners of tomorrow. We have great community support which can be seen through our PTA partnerships, grants that have been given, and our fine arts programs. We strive to do what's best for every student especially as they continue forward in his or her field.

At Tison, teachers push students to excel in all that they do offering both on-level and honors level courses. Teachers strive to make each lesson engaging for the students to make them feel excited about what they are learning. Tison is safe and supportive school with some of the best teachers, admin, SROs, nurses, support staff, etc. Through Guidance Lessons, our students learn how to support their social-emotional well-being. Overall, Tison is a wonderful school for students to attend and learn.

Tison is a great place to be! PTA is very involved. Administration creates a positive environment for both students and staff. Open communication and transparency with weekly updates and announcements from the principal.
