It turns out I only have 2500 words, so I will try to limit this to the most important details. -Back to school night, zero direction or help. Unless you have gone here your entire life, good luck getting anyone to help you. Expect your child to have the same experience once they start. -Focus on sports, and not education. *Tip, their principal had a computer monitor in his office from around 2000 “the internet can not be displayed” was bright on his screen. If the principal cant even connect to the internet, what does that tell you? -No returned calls from a teacher (after 5 days) or a principal (after 5 days) I had to go up to the school to physically see them to get them to respond or help me-Bullying is acceptable. My child was bullied for over a month, physically pinched and punched and no one did anything. The principal told her she should have told the teacher, and fought back. -Teacher told my child she was being dishonest, and she would call me… but never did. Scare tactic.

Every employ is such a church going person but yet they are always cutting the children down. If you werent born in that town they will make life so hard for the child unless they are a great sports player. They only care about the sports nit the kids education. Heck they are getting more and more students every year so you would think they would build more classrooms not sports buildings. I can go on and on about this school but ill stop at this so i dont see myself as one of them

Why would any school isolate a 1st grader from the rest of the class and have their desk facing the wall away from the teacher and other students? Is this a new way of isolating young children? When the teachers should be focusing on teaching social skills to these kids! This is a very important time in their lives and this is when you are shaping their minds. I'm digusted by this!

This school is a joke. The classes aren't even challenging enough to be qualified as classes. Everybody and their dog can easily graduate from this school. Very few of the teachers actually attempt to teach, test skills aren't taught, and the school is based on sports and favoritism. Any child that graduates from Washington will have a rough go of it out in the real world, and a hard time adapting to college classes.
