I loved this school. Some negative perspectives, but I always think it depends on the teachers. My kid was so blessed to have a teacher who has a master's in an organization. She is very responsible and communicates well with her parents. This school used to be school rate 8 but recently changed to 4. I can not believe why it's below the average. No PTA but I can use the time and money for a different thing. Meals are at no charge because this school is participating in CEP.

Not a great elementary school. The building is a nice building and well maintained but teachers and staff are lacking. No family events, no PTA, no awards for children. Office staff seem rude. I think it’s just the area of Virginia Beach maybe. It’s not the best part of VB. You also have children who can’t read being pushed through in this school. Bayside didn’t do well with virtual learning either. I think they allow children to miss a ton of school and then they come back missing learning days. Would not recommend this school.

Military family here! We moved in 2019 and my child started at this school a couple days after school started in the Fall. The office staff is horrible and RUDE. No PTA, which tells you something and the teachers are average. The school is beautiful though. Pretty new and has tons of potential. I just think the staff overall isn't too great and that makes a difference. We switched my so out of this school once we closed on our new house and left the old rental. That area of Virginia Beach isn't the best so if you can get away from this particular area, I recommend it.

This school is wonderful. My son is in kindergarten with Ms. Carr and Ms. Tomko. He is reading level 2 books to us every night and excited about llearning. Impressed with this school as soon as we walked in the front door. Great staff always helpful
