No longer an Elementary school. Started in 2014-15, AMSA stands for the Applied Math and Science Academy. AMSA is primarily designed for students who love of math and science and are interested in many academic challenges. The program begins for students in Grade five, and will graduate its first set of students in June 2020.

My experience has been wonderful so far. Sadly, they are closing it next year and both of my children will have to re learn everything.

My 7yo son attends this school. He was diagnosed with ADHD ( major H) a couple of years ago and has an IEP. He did not learn one thing at Sabeter (on the blvd). His 2 teachers segregated him from the rest of the class because they were not capable of teaching a hyper child. Found Johnstone, my son is in a 2 yr program (same teacher for 2 yrs)special ed class and has learned EVERYTHING that he needs to know; teacher is mainstreaming him and most of all HIS TEACHERS DO NOT GIVE UP! Awesome staff and they have your children's interest at heart.
