Terrible Terrible school. Complete disappointment and a discouraging place for students. Highly mimics an alternative school. Parents are discouraged from involvement. Horrible. They had an "reward" dance for kids that had good behavior and the dance cost us 10 bucks...for a reward you charge? And there's a "good behavior" celebration at the end of year for all "good kids". Not only does this demean and ostracize "bad kids" but the reward also cost 5 dollars then they charge 1 dollar for several activities and also have a snack bar which costs. If this is a reward for the "good kids" that the "bad kids" cannot attend then it needs to be FREE as a reward! If you are going to CHARGE MONEY then it should be open for ALL OF THE KIDS! UGH!! I hate it! Basically these "rewards" for our "good kids" are all money making schemes for this public school. Seriously.......i've never seen such a ridiculous school. Parent's are discouraged from being a part of this school however they certainly LOVE to have our money. I'm ALL for GIVING to my children's schools. i have no problem with it, however I would LOVE to be a part of their schools a lot more, and I have not been able to.Again...I could go on and on.....
