    I have had nothing but problems since day 1 since my daughter has gone to Cecelia clinton elementary school with bullying and education and the principal and most teachers are horrible and bullies them selves

    School suffers from horrible administration. Which trickes down through teachers and staff to students. Principal is no help with anything other than suspending children and ridiculing staff. The turn over is higher every year I have know the school. No parental involvement unless by approved parents (ie. those she knows) This school could be so great if there was a more supportive principal who cared for the community!

    Discipline action is nonexistent they would rather suspend a child instead of finding out cause of behavior problem and the suspensions don't fit the misbehavior ie 11 days for leaving classroom to bathroom and 1 day for leaving school grounds and zero days for stealing and biting. the principal controls the parent involvement which is also almost nonexistent because the principal doesn't want parent involvement a parent tried to set up pta here and it was turned down by principal I've never been so disappointed with a school in my life
