This school is amazing. The teachers are dedicated and are passionate about their subjects. The staff is wonderful and care for the students well being. The students are kind and friendly. The principal and vice principal are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. They have activities and engaging clubs. I 100% recommend this school.

Horrible. They don't know what their left hand is doing from their right. I took my daughter out of the school, followed the withdrawal procedure, but she was still being counted as a student. She was marked as absent for two weeks then dropped for no attendance. The office played dumb like they always do when I brought it up to them.

This school was amazing, I honestly didn’t learn as much as I would like but you make life long friends at this school, it’s such a wide group of people you will find you best friends here, no matter what you like, this school helped develop myself, it felt like another family. (And yes I had my days) I would cry and feel sad about school but really I would still have friends at the end of the day because what’s more important when we all grow up? Those stupid fractions you will never use? All those random words you willNever say? Or is it about your integrity, your personality, not some fake, your friends you will have forever, the people you love. This school may not be the best but it’s where you will feel like you belong. There’s so many races and ethnicities, there’s so many different people, it’s really hard to find a school like that. If you are going to this school and worried, don’t be at all you will fit in in no time and make the best friends you’ve ever had. (Also note I wasn’t in the popular group and I did fine) :)

I wouldn't even rate it. I wish I went with my gut after them not being enrolled in a school for 2 weeks at the beginning of the year due to the reputation the school already had! It should be closed!

My child has just finished her 6th grade year at Secrist and i have to say this has been the worst experience i have ever had with a school. The bulling and disrespect these kids here is just the tipping point. The staff and teachers are just there to collect a pay check. They do not show any type of concern about your child's future or safety. My daughter went to this school and a & b student has since failed art and math. The teachers has never reached out with their concerns and never responded to any call or emails until the last week of school when it was to late. I am very disappointed as i went to Secrist 7th and 8th grade and had wonderful experiences. Now my child has been exposed to blatant disrespect and not caring for school.
