My oldest son went to special ed preschool at Walker and is now in third grade at Walker as well as my middle child who is in kindergarten at Walker. We love the staff, students and other parents at this school. The staff goes above and beyond on a daily basis.

Poorly staffed and poorly organized. Poor support for students with disabilities. I witnessed a teacher yell at a kindergarten student. Don't send your student here.

I’m not happy with the school at all but even more so, I am unhappy with the school district. The Associate Superintendent for Elementary Education For Amphi is awful. She’s unethical and dishonest. Don’t send your child to any school in this district. They are relying on old ratings and the schools are going downhill fast. One of my three daughters was bullied badly and the school district wasn’t interested in helping.

My kids and I absolutely love LuLu Walker. The principal is friendly and makes an effort to know and welcome all families. My daughter’s 5th grade teacher is absolutely fabulous! He goes above and beyond to differentiate instruction for his students, even going so far as to teach a small group of kids math at a grade level up, because that is their instructional level. The REACH program for gifted kids is challenging and engaging and my child loves her REACH class days. There are so many great things about Walker, from instructions to community!

My children went to Walker from K through 5th and I've been delighted with their academic and social progress! The awesome teachers loved and challenged my kids! Great communication, excellent family atmosphere, and strong academic learning.
