- Submitted by other on August 18, 2024Atrocious, small-minded “school” that focuses on pushing the Christian Bible into students’ faces rather than actually preparing the students for college and the real world. If I could go back and choose to attend public school over this place, I would without any hesitation.

The teachers were completely understanding and presented their views without pushing. My son loved going to preschool here and has learned a lot from the teachers at Apple Tree. I have watched him grow and learn along with the other kids, and being a part of this school has really helped him develop socially as well as academically.
- Submitted by parent on June 26, 2010While the student/teacher ratio is excellent, as a private school accessibility is limited to those with higher income. High staff turn-over creates a difficult learning environment from year to year. My understanding is the educators generally are not paid; rather their children receive free tuition. Parents are involved because it is a requirement of enrollment K through 12 as are a minimum involvement in fund-raising. The parents are generally nice people, but this is true at many educational institutions. The religious base is a positive as it engenders a nurturing of student to student, not only staff to student. Weekly gym class includes some unusual, beneficial activities.
