The teachers take time to help and teach each child. I have had three children go through Tarkio Elementary and they have all enjoyed their school, teachers, staff and the caring environment.

Caring teachers with an eye for education make a great environment for learning. This is a very positive school.

Teachers learn new methods and ways to assist children in learning. The district works hard to provide a technologically implimented school with smart boards in all classrooms, and working to update computers for teachers and kids. There are opportunities for extra help before and after school. As well. Opportunities for challenges in math and reading withe activities.

Tarkio Elementry has an excellent, caring teaching staff that is able to focus on individualized education for each child due to small class size. The educational resources available are top notch and the facilities are immaculate. My children are fortunate to have Tarkio Elementry as their educational starting point.

My kids experience lots of personal attention and because of the great instruction through the years have excelled on many levels. Very proud of this district!

I have two students at the elementary and I have been very impressed with the high quality of instruction they receive. Both of my student's teachers care deeply about their students and work hard to make education relevant and interesting. The entire staff here is always friendly and welcoming when I enter the building! I would pick this school over any of the others we live by!
