    They believe in group punishment. That teaches children to misbehave because they will be punished even though they were not involved. One teacher feels the need to tell children about her personal life while degrading the children and then telling them they better not tell their parents.

    The Susanville School district has run off 3 principals in 5 years. There are only 3 principal jobs in the district. The district needs a stable leadership.
