I absolutely love Countryside Elementary! My child is a different child since transferring to this school. No more thinking that he's a bad kid or being told that by adults. Here at Countryside, my child feels supported, is encouraged, has great support from teachers and staff, and truly loves coming to school again. It didn't happen overnight but the consistent positive support from Mrs. Hessler, staff, and teachers has encouraged my child to open up, trust again, and feel confident. Countryside has the PBS (Positive Behavior Support) program which my child was apart of. For every IEP meeting, Mrs. Hessler attended every meeting. When my child first transferred to Countryside she was at the introduction meeting. She didn't have to be but she was. It's this kind of leadership with genuine care for our children that I have witnessed and been on the receiving end over the years my child has attended Countryside. Not going to lie, Countryside's principal, vice principal, staff (both Countryside & District), teachers, & PBS teacher (especially Ms. Garcia, Ms. Buchmiller, & Ms. Dimatteo) have empowered and prepared my child for success in and outside of the classroom, academically, socially, mentally, and behavior wise too. Thank you Countryside! We will always have a special place in our hearts for all of you. I'm sure it goes without saying but I'll say it anyway...I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Countryside Elementary School!

My son has flourished at this school, and it has everything to do with his amazing teacher. He loves going to school this year where last year (at a different school) he didn't want to go. They encourage school spirit and promote learning at its highest level.

Mrs Hessler , Mrs Hill , Mrs. Judd , Mr. Dunham and Tina are amazing! All staff and Teachers are kind with awesome coyote spirit! We love countryside . Wonderful experience with all grade levels and 3 kids that have been adored year after year! Thank you everyone for the kindness that has been shown .

Our daughter started kindergarten this year and we have nothing but good things to say so far. The staff are kind and super helpful. Would absolutely recommend Countryside!

We have two sons in school here and everything has been great. All of the staff that our family has encountered so far at Countryside has been amazing. Lots of communication from their teachers and the other staff which has been awesome as we navigate IEPs, how they’re doing in school, etc. The principal is very kind, engaged in everything and has been so friendly every time I have seen her or been in a meeting with her. Thank you to everyone at Countryside who works so hard to provide a great education and experience for our children. It is so appreciated!

They are a joke. They don't care about these kids just about boosting there numbers who cares if they fail next teacher can deal with it then there principal may be one of the worst of them all

My son kept coming home unhappy he said his teacher didnt like him he is only five he drew a picture of his teacher being mean to the children in his clasd it got to the point where he was having nightmares about the teacher he woke up in tears saying he do not want to go to school my teacher keeps picking on me,I took him out of the school after the principal told me she will not switch his class I was so hurt behind this decision he went to headstart there I had no problems intell this year 2016 the assistant principal was very rude to me and my son she wrote untrue story about my son.know he has lies and discrepancy in his file he is only five years old.

this school is not the best. its like they dont really care to help the student who are struggle in reading. the resource staff is a joke. I am always having to be on them never get a response. its like you have to stalk them to do anything you ask. this school doesnt follow the iep if your child is on one its like they just write these kids off.

I am a parent of a child, who is struggling with reading/literature, and writing. The teacher is sweet but the children in the 3rd grade classroom are disruptive and rude, therefore it makes it hard for the students who are trying to learn to actually learn. The principal seems to lack discipline for the children at this school, and is rarely seen. I come into the office frequently yet have failed to see this principal once. My child has never seen the principal either. The teacher had no aid for over 20 children. This school is one of the worst schools I've ever sent my child to attend. He will not be returning next school year!

I love countryside !!! From the ladies in the office, , Cambridge team & football coaches. From the moment I enrolled my son, I knew this was home. I am amazed and touched by the education, support , communication , love and safety . A special thank you to Mrs . Rankin, Mr. Miller, Mrs. Morton , Mrs. Gorosics & Mr. Greathouse. My son went here for Kindergarten and First Grade. He LOVED it! The kids are all good kids and the teachers really care. I would definitely recommend this school if you are in the area!
