My son has attended TCA since 1st grade and he absolutely loves it there. I feel completely safe sending him to school, which says a lot during the times we're living in. He's now in 4th grade and is learning things that my friend's 6th grade child is learning in public school. He's excited every morning to get up and go to school and his classmates have become more like family than friends to him. He's been fortunate enough to have the same teacher 2 years in a row (she moved up a grade with the kids) and she is absolutely phenomenal. I wish she could teach him every year. I really can't say enough good things about all the teachers and staff. They go above and beyond for their students. They are quick to respond to emails and the lines of communication are always open. I feel like they truly love each and every student at TCA and want them to succeed. I do hope that they add on high school grades because I can't imagine leaving our TCA family.

My grandchildren have been at TCA for two years. They are very content and so happy at school! Their curriculum is outstanding. They are able to participate in special areas ; music, art, language, and chapel to grow their faith. Smaller classes enable strong interaction between the student and teacher . I would highly recommend this program!

Our families overall experience has been excellent! The school has gone through a few transitions but it all for the good of the school. One of the parents commented on this site about the the school not being accredited. As an educator myself I know that accredited private schools are held to certain standards developed by the accreditation organization of their choice. Here's the question.... are the standards developed by the accreditation organization grade level appropriate, do the standards include accommodations for students with learning disabilities, are the standards based on a timeline, what if a teacher needs to rush through a certain unit because it must be mastered by a certain date even though half the students in class haven't retained the information. To the parent who commented: So yes, TCA is not accredited. So what!!!! Do you have any idea what it cost a school to become accredited?? If my child is receiving a rigors education by loving and nurturing qualified teachers who's goals are to help students not only learn (one grade level above I might add) and have great character, but to also feel successful and maintain confidence in themselves then by George TCA has done their job!!

In my opinion TCA is one of the best kept educational secret in Summerville! The administration, teachers, and staff do an excellent job of providing their students with love and compassion in an academically rigors atmosphere. If you would like for your children to experience a wonderful education in a small classroom setting with no distractions, then TCA is the place for them!

My child has been at TAC for many years and we have had a wonderful experience. My child has friends, is happy to go to school, and is challenged academically.

What we believed would be a positive experience was a disaster. We came out of the experience feeling wounded, and our children were so unhappy. We had to work to rebuild confidence and self-worth in them. If you are looking for a pleasant school in a Christian environment, TCA is not the place for you.

Our son has attended TCA for the past seven years and has thrived both educationally and socially. We love the teachers, and the students are just great kids. Trinity is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Summerville with an affordable tuition and a challenging, effective, research-based curriculum. We are so blessed to be a part of such a wonderful school.

I think this school is WONDERFUL. We are a tight knit group of parents and students. We do a lot of fun things together. The teachers are wonderful. The Director of the school is fabulous. I cannot say enough good things about the school and I am very happy my kids are here. The class sizes are small, religion is included but it is not a part of the curriculum taught, which I like because I would not want the extra homework for religion. The kids use laptops to do much of their work, which prepares them for high school and college.

If you choose to attend this school be prepared to be disillusioned! It may take a while depending on how vocal you are. Conflicts are swept under the rug, the proven bullies supported, and the innocent persecuted! The environment is TOXIC and not at all what you expect from a private "Christian" school.

I cannot express my displeasure with this school enough. Our experience was very negative and I do not recommend this school.

My child has done a 180 degree turn around from public school since attending Trinity! My son went from complaining about going to school, to looking forward to each day! All I can say is, "no drama, no distractions, no chaos, just learning and more importantly, understanding what he is learning! I'm amazed at what this school and it's awesome teachers have done for my son! Wish I had enrolled him earlier!

Wonderful small school providing a rigorous education. My children have excelled at this school, highly recommend it. Tuition is also reasonable compared to other private schools in the area!
