- Submitted by parent on July 23, 2015As a parent, I love Subiaco. My sons were sufficiently challenged to help them grow in their knowledge. I loved that teachers and monks built great interpersonal relationships with all students. Many times, my sons would come home and tell me funny stories about dynamic, educational and yet fun conversations they had in class with their teachers. They knew background information about each teacher as in where they come from, their sport preferences, hobbies which told me that in the busy academic environment teachers also have time to talk to their student and get to know each other. In one year that my sons attended Subi (we had to move out of state), they knew everyone on campus and everyone knew them. For pretty shy kids, I think that was amazing. Every time I would drive to Subi (and that’s quite often), I felt like taking picture because how beautiful, peaceful and welcoming the campus is. I highly recommend this school for both day student and boarders. Subi knows how to raise great men.
