    Our child is very happy as a student at Butler. The teachers and staff make an effort to get to know the kids and really care about their success. The teachers make sure that students at all levels are being challenged academically and work to live up to their potential. The art and music classes are high-quality and an excellent supplement to the regular classroom work. The school is implementing the AVID program to teach organization, responsibility and time management, in addition to the core educational courses, so Butler students will be well-prepared for middle school and beyond. They also offer a wide variety of extra-curricular activities, including Basketball, Garden Club, Lego Club, Acting Club, SVYS's Starter Strings, Girls on the Run and more.

    I've went to this school since 3rd grade to the middle of 5th, and I've made many friends since. I think the teaching and learning is pretty good. There has been some bullying for me but the principal and everyone has fixed that. But there is no harm or anything

    My daughter attended Butler for her entire elementary education and I found that the teachers and the priniciple genuinely care about their students. There is a bit of bullying that has occurred but no school is perfect.
