In 2008/09 a great school was put it on the down side. Special Ed kids were disciplined and hurt by state laws not being followed. the board did nothing. Now there is a new board, new principal and many new and younger teachers. The school stood behind teachers that had no business teaching children. One 3rd grade teacher is still there because of her friendships and not teaching ability. She has no business being in a classroom. Please research this school well before putting your children into it.

My son is disabled & has been discriminated against at this school. If you have children at this school or you plan on having your child attend this school... you better be prepared to do their job for them. I had to request meetings & I had to request a study plan. This school did nothing to benefit my son without my effort to initiate it first. This is by far the WORST school. My son also had sharp chest pain so I kept him out until he was cleared by his doctor- then they turned us in for truancy. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE KIDS- THEY ONLY CARE THAT THEY MISS OUT ON THE $21 PER DAY THE KIDS ARE OUT. THEY NEVER EVEN SAID: "Wow, your second grader has sharp chest pain... I hope he feels better". NEVER SHOWED ANY CONCERN ABOUT HIS WELLBEING. Now, would you send your children to school with sharp chest pain? I hope NOT. To me, that's a CPS (Child Protective Services) Case if you send them to school & put them in harms way like that. I am writing a Bill Proposal for the State of Arkansas to protect children against schools like this! Don't let them descriminate against you... you &your children also have RIGHTS. When you hear of Joshua's Law, you'll know where it came from!!
