Love it so far!! Great staff who care about the well-being of your children, they also provide transportation at no cost to school, free lunches, and free after-school program

I agree 100% my children have been going to this school their entire life. My eight year old son has been bullied by the same student for 3 years now. The same student that is bullying him has been bullying others as well. He has physically harmed my child to the point of my child needing to see a Dr. My child was brutally attacked by the boy to the point of bruising all over his body. My child follows the rules even has received several awards for caring , and being polite to other. Yet he is now being home schooled because the Principal refuses to suspend the child who on more then one occasion has physically hurt my child. Nothing has been done because to many people in or on the school board are wearing two hats. This bully has family in the school so my child would continue to suffer, and not get the education he deserves. We are now selling our home to move to another area.. If only more parents would stand up for our children this problem could be solved, and we wonder why we have kids and parents killing kids in our schools. Wake up and smell the coffee people before it is to late!!!!!

The teachers are of very mixed quality, like most schools. Some have a really authoritarian attitude, even with parents. Bullying has been a problem that has gone ineffectively addressed in some classrooms and on the bus. The principal rules by intimidation and is a quite caustic personality. It's her way or the highway, and her way is not always best for the children or teachers. There is no other choice in this area, so if you live here, you'll want the school to be better. Unfortunately, the principal is unreceptive to parents, even when parents are right and kids are being hurt or left behind by school policies and attitudes. She is superintendant and principal, so there's no hope for improvement.
