    I am a 2nd year teacher at Payne Elementary. Payne has a very nurturing environment and a very caring faculty and staff. The principal goes above and beyond to see that every child is cared for, safe, and treated with respect. The teachers are all highly qualified and very involved with the students academically. There are many activities and clubs for the students to participate in. I enjoy being a part of the Payne Elementary School Family.
