I cannot say enough great things about this school. The amount of attention the kids (and parents) receive, the positivity from teachers and staff, the cool events put on by the school, and the after school extra-curriculars they offer....I'm so thankful we decided to send our Kindergartner here. She's thriving and LOVES school. Thanks for all you do, Laurel Academy!!

I used to have my son at a nationwide daycare and I didn't feel he got much individualized care or attention. Since being at Laurel Academy I feel like my son really is getting the education I want him to have and it getting one on one instruction with their small class sizes and ability to work with children individually each day. Also, some behavioral issues that had started to crop up have gone away, as the daily environment is one of order and calm instead of chaos. I really love Laurel Academy and the teachers and staff.

Laurel Academy was a godsend during the pandemic and beyond. The director is thoughtful, kind, and organized. Everything--from instruction to drop-off to community events--is well thought out and orchestrated. We had a preschooler and then two elementary-age kids in LA for a total of five years. At every level, we couldn't have been happier with the education and support. And it is a full-education experience, with a focus on skills that have fallen by the wayside in public schools: physical education daily, handwriting and spelling, music and art daily. There is real emphasis on educating each child thoughtfully and completely, and on making the school and community and a culture.

Their education model is called: Applied Scholastics. I would recommend looking into this before registering.
