CKS is a great school where kids feel safe and valued. We came from a big school where it felt like no one had the time for our kids and have found a welcoming community at CKS where the administration knows our kids and the teachers are amazing. The challenging academics are taught in a way that makes it fun to learn and they have a great STEM program. These are opportunities that we did not have at public schools. Our kids are so happy!

We have young children at CKS and have come up through their preschool program, and are now in the early-elementary stages of education. The small class sizes have benefited my k and 1st grader because they get so much teacher-to-student time, and the class size is teaching them how to respect classmates, even ones who they do not always get along with. It also warms my heart to see how much the older kids interact with the younger children and are built-in role models. This school is a warm and welcoming family whose top priority is not only educating our youth, but teaching them how to be respectful and kind human beings.

We've been at CKS for 8+ years and love it. Small community/class size, nurturing staff, excellent academics, good mix of cultural/ethnic backgrounds, and overall great place for our kids to get an education in Seattle. Would highly recommend Christ the King School!

We have had a wonderful experience at this school. I love the small community feel of the school despite its location in a large city.

The middle school has a huge bullying problem. Teachers are not held accountable either. Also no library for middle school children. Just ridiculous.

My daughter attended the PK (EEC 3 & 4) the last two years. It is an excellent school with a very active parent community. The EEC 3 teacher is very nurturing and gentle. She has been there for many years. When she moved up to EEC4, the teacher was still nurturing but stern so it was a good transition. I feel the other parents have been very involved and I've felt it is a great community. We are going to go to public K next Fall because we have a fantastic neighborhood school, but if we didn't have that option, we would certainly continue.
