    Most of the teachers are great, but theones who are not great are really horrible. The leadership is not good, so there is no change in the less than adequate teachers. Special ed serices are tied to available resources and the administraion does everything they can to save money. Bullying abounds, both by other students and by some teachers. This school needs new leadership. I cannot understand how it earned an 8.

    I graduated from Saranac in 2008. I was a member of the Saranac School district since I was in the first grade. I felt very welcome when I arrived. The middle school is phenomenal the faculty was awesome when I was in middle school. I particularly was very impressed and happy with the Guidance Counselor's Office, they were very friendly and dealt with any issues immediately and efficiently. From what I hear nothing has changed. The Guidance office is still spectacular.
