    The worst experience. There is no structure at Kearney elementary. My daughter was continually bullied, the principal does not take the issue of bullying seriously. I didn't feel like my kids were safe here. Moved them mid year and they are already thriving at their new school, test scores have gone up and they have learned so much in less than a month.
