I don't think there's even a rate to give. this school needs to be investigated, and shut down. it makes me wonder what the H*** is possibly going on during recess, lunch, and gym hours and are these teachers high that they just don't care enough to deal with the bullying situations. why not send letters home to parents to remind their children bullying is not acceptable or tolerated anywhere in this world and consequensences such as getting suspended from school until parents sign a form and are aware their child is victimizing other students. if I were to find out my child victimizing srudents, I don't care what anyone says but electronics, friends, toys will be taken away until its understood that no bullying is acceptable. this is why this will be the first and last year at this school. they will be going to private school, and the board of education will be involved , and also authorities . this has gone way to far to where my child has reached a point that their learning ability has been affected and grades drastically dropping from a 4 (above proficient) to a 1 (below proficient). parents please love your children and care for them , don't forget everything begins from home.

My daughters first day of second grade and already they lost her registration paperwork so she sat in the office for hours.

My daughter is always getting bullied, The bus drivers aren't nice to the students I wish I had never put my child in this School I have never had any problems until I had to move and she had to switch to this school!!!

I went to this school back in 2004 when the Muslim people started to take over

This school is very forgiving on racism, and discrimination in general. People that aren't mormons are often looked down upon, are lied to, and abused by the authority as they're prone to believing the mormon kids over the atheists. If your child is an outsider or likes to be alone, they will most likely be beaten up, or picked on by kids in this kids. DO not go to.

I go to Roosevelt Elm and I left because people would cuss a lot and they would beat me up so I left because of mean people.
