    I saw broken glass in some of the windows, overflowing bathroom toilets and sinks, and teachers overextended and unsupported. This is a disrespectful and unsafe environment for students and teachers.

    The interview/hiring process is a nightmare! The executive director is in charge of it and takes forever to get back to you, if she ever does. I wonder how many good candidates they've lost based on her thoughtless and negligent attention to staffing. Just so rude!

    School staff go above and beyond to engage and support each child. They use technology for learning starting in kindergarten and extended hours allow for maximum opportunities for instruction. The climate is respectful and structured. Teachers use effective, evidence-based strategies to promote student growth.
