    At STEP Academy the faculty members pay very little attention to the students opinion. If you get in trouble for something that you took no part in they shut you down before you have a chance to say anything. Because of that the students do not like the teachers and choose not to cooperate in class sometimes. Without good communication between students and teachers no learning will be done and the students will come home with the same knowledge they woke up with that same morning. The teachers are very qualified for the most part, but they also need to have good social skills and see things through the of a student. Look at it this way...there is a kingdom with a very smart king, he knows how to keep his kingdom on the right path , but he is a tyrant and a dictator. And everyone knows that dictatorships are bound to fail. And also they have staff members that don't really do anything. They're just there. Like the shadow of a real teacher.
