This is an academically challenging and faith-based school at which my children are flourishing! The ability for the teachers to work with children based on their aptitude even in the younger grades is really appealing to me. My son is challenged in advanced math and my daughter is in an enrichment program which is allowing her to develop some of her academic strengths in a very creative environment. Most importantly, Christ is the center of everything at St. Michael School.

This is a wonderful school. My two children have been at this school for going on 6 years and we couldn't be happier. They teachers are so willing to help the kids out and will personally work with you to ensure their success. They staff are very personable and the eduction is excellent. Most kids leaving this school test out of 1st year Spanish in high school and are put into advanced classes. They are way ahead of the public schools is this area. Highly recommended, the investment is worth it.

I have 3 children that attend this school and I am impressed with the high standards that are expected of all of the students both personally and academically. Certain behaviors are simply not accepted here. The academic standards seem to be higher here than at the public school counterparts (for exmaple, 91% of graduating 6th graders tested into Advanced Math in 7th grade) and extra attention is available for all students. The principal is exceptional and the teachers are not only willing to have an open dialogue with the parents but expect it. Parents are extremely involved in the school and all involved (administration, teachers, staff, parents) take the idea that "it takes a community" to educate and raise a child very seriously. Compared to other private schools in the Twin Cities, I think tuition is very reasonable. If you are considering catholic or private school education, I strongly recommend that you set up an appointment to tour the school and meet the principal at this school.
